Kaifa was founded in 1985.Approved by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the company was reorganized and registered as a joint stock limited company on October 8, 1993. With registered capital of RMB 875,518,521, the company's legal representative is James Zhou.[4][5]

In 2020, Hefei Peyton Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
